Refund policy

                                                  Returns and Exchange

 

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund unless there was an error on our part of sending the wrong item or a defective item, as all items are MADE TO ORDER and will fully inspect the item before shipping them out to unsure that the item is what you have ordered and for any damages to any Items going out.

To be eligible to return an item order must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be accompanied by the original packaging
  • You must contact us to discuss the issue before returning the item so that we can find out more on the issue.
  • If approved shipping for the return of your item will be at your expense for the returned item.
  • Only one item is allowed for return
  • The Item will be fully Inspected when received to see if it will be approve for a refund or exchange  If approved for that same item shipping again will be at your expense.
  • Due to different monitor colors they may be slightly different then what they appear online, 

  •  ALL designs are printed and applied to T-shirts, Hoodies, etc. Made to order In our home base business located in Tiny Township Ont. Production time 3 days to 2 weeks. Most times normally within 3 days. At times on some items if our supplier is out of stock we will notify you if the 2 weeks is coming up and they haven't received there stock yet. Thank you for your understanding if this should ever happen.
